In a month that featured reports of a malware surveillance campaign in Lebanon, Telegram blocked in Iran, arrests in the Gulf, crackdowns in Tunisia, the suppression of political expression in Egypt, and more, the release of Yemeni human rights blogger Hisham Al-Omeisy was a small, but welcome, bit of good news.
